Project purpose: to restore and maintain the resilience and wellbeing of refugees from Ukraine crossing at Palanca, by providing them with essential items and equipment and psychological first aid.
The main activity of the project was to provide information and psychological support and create a safe and warm/cooling space for mothers / grandmothers with children / grandchildren who cross the Palanca customs and reach the territory of the Republic of Moldova. In this context, a special tent was set up for mothers and young children, near the Palanca customs. Eight people provided professional support 24/7 in the tent.
The tent remained equipped with things necessary for children and mothers, such as children’s toys, clothes, hygiene products, snacks, a baby-changing table, etc.
Support was offered to 4128 persons: 2120 adults and 2008 children.
