Project goal
Strengthening the role of civil society within 6 regions from Moldova through creating a unique voice in promotion of social inclusion of persons with disabilities.
Project objectives
  1. Capacity building of CSOs and LPAs from target regions to ensure social inclusion of persons with disabilities;
  2. Facilitating the dialogue between the CSOs and LPAs from target regions, through transfer of knowledge and best practices from the regions that have experience in developing public – private partnership for ensuring social inclusion of persons with disabilities;
  3. Developing a network of CSOs from target regions, through supporting the actions that promote the rights of persons with disabilities and joining the Alliance of Organizations for People with Disabilities from Republic of Moldova;
  4. Ensuring organizational development of Keystone Moldova, local CSOs and LPA through staff training in the domain of the mechanism of contracting social services.

Florești, Sîngerei, Cimișlia, Ștefan Vodă, Strășeni, Ialoveni.
Main activities
  1. Organizing a contest to select 12 CSOs from the target regions to participate at the training and mentoring Program in development and implementing the projects in the field of  social inclusion of persons with disabilities;
  2. Implementation of the training and mentoring Program for CSOs and LPAs from target regions: a) training in nondiscrimination and social inclusion of persons with disabilities; b) training in fundraising, project writing and management; c) workshops in target regions for the development of project proposals; d) methodological assistance and mentoring for project development and implementation.
  3. Organizing regional workshops (3 workshops) for CSO’s and LPA’s representatives regarding the development of the public – private partnership in ensuring social inclusion of persons with disabilities;
  4. Development and publication of the Guide of good practices and lessons learned “Civil Society Voice for Inclusion”;
  5. Conducting the impact study (external evaluation);
  6. Organizing the informational Workshop for CSOs from the target regions, in order to became members of the Alliance of Organizations for People with Disabilities and providing methodological support to the CSOs;
  7. Organizing the training on contracting social services provided by CSO’s, for Keystone Moldova staff;
  8. Development and publication of the Handbook on contracting social services provided by CSOs;
  9. Organizing the training to capacitate local CSOs and LPA representatives on the mechanism of contracting social services provided by CSOs.
