Keystone Moldova encourages the participation of persons with disabilities in promoting their rights and in developing inclusive social policies and practices at national and local level.

Keystone Moldova supports the both movements: self-advocacy of persons with disabilities and advocacy of parents of children with disabilities at national and local levels through the following activities:

• Strengthening the capacities of persons with disabilities and parents of children with disabilities in advocacy and self-advocacy;
• Encouraging the participation of persons with disabilities in different advocacy actions at local, national and international levels to promote their rights;
• Encouraging the involvement of persons with disabilities in the development of inclusive social policies at national and local levels;
• Encouraging the involvement of persons with disabilities in monitoring the progress of the implementation of social inclusive policies at national and local levels;
• Promoting the advocacy and self-advocacy movements at national and international level
