Quality Management

Keystone Moldova continually strives to improve our services, programs, and daily operations and to make sure they remain consistent. Through Quality Management, Keystone Moldova ensures that everything we do runs as efficiently and effectively as possible.

We identify, collect, and analyze data and information to identify areas of improvement and monitor the effectiveness of quality initiatives. Through a variety of tools, we measure qualitative indicators, such as changes in attitude, level of satisfaction, and level of wellbeing.

Quality Management is also responsible for monitoring the progress of different projects and developing narrative progress reports.
